About
What is ZeroSlop?
ZeroSlop.net is a daily digest of the most exciting AI and technology news — breakthroughs, launches, wins, and ideas worth knowing about.
The internet is full of noise about AI — fear, hype, and endless controversy. ZeroSlop is the antidote. Every day, we scan 40+ of the best technology and AI publications to surface the stories that actually matter: breakthroughs that push the field forward, real-world applications making a difference, startups solving hard problems, and progress on making AI safe and beneficial.
No doom. No drama. No slop. Just the good stuff — clearly summarized, every morning.
What to Expect
Daily Digest — Published each morning by 8am UTC. The top AI and technology stories of the day, each with a clear 2–3 sentence summary of what happened and why it matters.
Week in AI — Every Saturday, a curated roundup of the week’s most significant breakthroughs and innovations.
How It Works
ZeroSlop is fully automated. Each day, a Python scraper pulls from 40 RSS feeds across leading tech publications and AI lab blogs. Stories are scored for relevance to innovation and breakthroughs, deduplicated, and summarized using GitHub Models (GPT-4o-mini). The whole thing runs on GitHub Actions and deploys to GitHub Pages — zero human intervention required.
The feeds include The Verge, Wired, MIT Technology Review, VentureBeat, TechCrunch, Ars Technica, a16z, NVIDIA, Microsoft AI, AWS, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google DeepMind.
